A new-build multi-storey hotel located on Piccadilly, York. The hotel contains front-of-house and staff areas, and a total of 184 hotel bedrooms across five floors.

Innovation Fire Engineering provided the client with solutions to a range of fire safety issues, including extended travel distances, one of the staircases discharging into the front-of-house area at ground floor level, and reduced fire service access to the perimeter of the building.
