An extension of an existing hotel into the adjacent attached building, consisting of five storeys and 18 bedrooms.

Innovation Fire Engineering provided our client with solutions to a range of fire safety issues, including providing an open-plan reception, a ventilation solution to allow for a single-stair condition above 11 m in height, and ensuring suitable means of escape links between the proposed and existing parts of the hotel.
