A country house hotel and private members’ club set out across an 85-acre estate. The site comprised 30 buildings ranging from individual Spa Lodges to a Spa Building and a Grade II listed manor house.

Innovation Fire Engineering provided the client with solutions to a range of fire safety issues including basement ventilation, open-plan residential layouts, practical solutions to accommodate the inability to change key features in the Grade II listed manor house, and the overall fire service access requirements for the whole site.
