A covered food court, akin to that of a covered shopping mall, being refurbished to provide 13 food and beverage units (including four with a mezzanine level), three retail units, and a management centre.

Innovation Fire Engineering provided the client with solutions to a range of fire safety issues including the removal and consolidation of lobbies to service corridors from units, mall ventilation advice, ensuring adequate means of escape and exit widths from the building, and ensuring compartmentation was maintained between the Food Central and the existing adjacent large retail units.
