The proposed development is the refurbishment of existing office accommodation and the provision of an additional floor for office use.

Innovation Fire Engineering provided our client with solutions to a range of fire safety issues, including the challenges of means of escape and facilities for the fire service. This included specifying the category of fire alarm, designing a mechanical smoke control system for the staircase, and utilising a fire curtain to protect the alternative means of escape from the base of the staircase.

Our services included a Fire Solutions Document, London Plan Policy D12 (A), (B) and D5 (B5), a Detailed Fire Strategy, CFD Stair Smoke Modelling, and Ongoing Support.
