A five-storey student accommodation building for medical students training at the hospital opposite. The scheme provides 144 bed spaces and academic areas at ground floor level. The site is primarily pedestrian, with Fire Service access provided at first floor level via the student drop-off / pick-up area.

Innovation Fire Engineering proposed a solution to the challenge of providing fire service access and facilities to a primarily pedestrian site, while also providing solutions to maintain a day-to-day open feel to the academic areas.
