A new build three storey care home, located in Enfield, London, providing a total of 94 bedrooms and associated ancillary accommodation. The development consists of assisted living residents’ suites, designed for senior citizens with supporting facilities and staff. Additionally, parts of the development are self-contained dementia facilities.

Innovation Fire Engineering provided the client with solutions to a range of fire safety issues including utilising a package of fire safety systems to compensate for extended travel distances to reach an adjacent protected area, bedrooms as inner rooms, and the development of a bespoke evacuation strategy.

Our services included a Fire Options Document, London Plan D12 Fire Safety, Detailed Fire Strategy, CFD Modelling (Corridor Ventilation), and Ongoing Support.
