Innovation Fire Engineering provided our client with solutions to a range of fire safety issues, including providing necessary fire safety provisions in line with the London Plan, ensuring adequate exit widths and travel distances for each of the different purposes and occupancy types, providing adequate compartmentation between areas of differing risk profile, protection against external fire spread between buildings, and access and facilities for the fire and rescue service.

Our services included a Fire Options Document, a London Plan Policy D12 and D5 (B5) Fire Safety Statement, a Detailed Fire Strategy, and Ongoing Support.
