A fit-out of a factory extension for a pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging facility. The proposed extension comprised a ground floor and a mezzanine level, with some refurbishment works also carried out in the staff entrance area.

Innovation Fire Engineering developed a fire strategy to assess the different travel distance requirements for the areas under, around, and on top of the mezzanine, taking advantage of the building’s large floor-to-ceiling heights to allow for extended travel distances.
