Innovation Fire Engineering provided our client with solutions to a range of fire safety issues, including providing suitable means of escape routes from the discharge point of the existing stairs, maintaining compartmentation between floors whilst also retaining a decorative open stair, providing options to reduce or mitigate extended travel distances both internally within flats and from ancillary areas, advising on ventilation requirements, and providing adequate fire and rescue service access and facilities.
