Five new build residential apartment blocks of three to seven storeys (Blocks J–N), on the site of the former Kingston Prison in Portsmouth.

Innovation Fire Engineering proposed a solution to the stair lobbies being significantly large and potentially not remaining a sterile area. Furthermore, Blocks L, M and N all contained under-croft car parks that required ventilation calculations.
