Redesign of an existing swimming baths and leisure centre following a fire. The building is noted by Historic England as having historic merit, so some areas, including the gallery and façades, could not be altered.

Innovation Fire Engineering provided our client with solutions to a range of fire safety issues, including resolving means of escape issues in a new spa reception at basement level, calculating a maximum building occupancy, evaluating an external escape route by undertaking a flow calculation, and improving the current non-compliant basement ventilation.
