Large internal refurbishment and extension of an existing two-storey mental health facility.

Innovation Fire Engineering provided our client with solutions to a range of fire safety issues, such as providing an adequate number of compartments and sub-compartments for a large number of bedrooms used to treat people with mental health conditions, delivered through a three-phase construction programme whilst the building remained operational.

Our services included an Outline Fire Strategy, a Detailed Fire Strategy, and a Phasing Report.
