A new build ‘barn’ type operating theatre building with inpatient and outpatient facilities.

Innovation Fire Engineering worked closely with the architects to design the building to meet the recommendations of the Healthcare Technical Memorandums. Specific advice was given on the AHU system to the theatres, fire dampers, and compartmentation requirements.
