This week, we stepped away from site visits and spreadsheets and into something a little different…

Our latest team day was organised and led by our apprentice, Lily Spinardi, who did a fantastic job. From the moment we left the office and walked to the venue, it was clear this was going to be a fun and memorable afternoon.

Split into teams, we took on a range of challenges including building the tallest tower from spaghetti and marshmallows, battleships, card games and a competitive music quiz.

One standout moment was discovering Carla’s hidden talent as she recognised every song from just a single note during the music quiz. 🎵👏

A huge thank you to Lily for all the planning, creativity and effort that went into making the day such a success. Team days like these strengthen collaboration, boost morale and remind us of the value of working together.
